Club La Costa Pay for its Membership to OTE as do other Resale Companies, which will be reflected in the costs you pay a Resale Company in the process of a Transaction.

This site seeks to offer you the chance to deal with the owners directly and find out the experiences of the members. We are not a Timeshare Resale Company, we are just a means of putting you in touch with the owners.

Many resale companies will ask for money up front when selling you a product and we strongly advise you not to do this as invariably, a sale is not made OR considerable periods of time elapse before one is ever made. Don’t take that risk
