This community sees new members joining every day, some who have been to a presentation
by Club La Costa. Frequently and mostly these people still have time to Opt Out
of their purchase, which under Timeshare law is approximately 10 days, depending
where the purchase is made. During this time, they find our site, join up, then
discover that there are other members SELLING what they already own. They are selling

to confirm in writing what they are selling and often people sign up, under the effect
